    Scammers

This company is a SCAM and fraudulent. I had arranged for a Mercedes van to pick up 14 people at Heathrow Airport. They sent a broken down van that had stains and dirt and urine in the backseat. They then told us that we would get a refund because we cancelled the return trip because it was so bad. That was back in April. It’s now July we received no refund even though there’s been countless follow ups and email attempts. Do not book this service. They are beyond dodgy and should be shut down.
